Had a wonderful stay for a night at Hotel Lopez De Haro in Bilbao. the hotel was fairly clean and had really polite staff. - Great value for the price. - Amazing location in a good area near AZKUNA ZENTROA, Cortes Ingles, Casco Viejo, tapas bars, and local restaurants. - There are fine dining options nearby like Boys, which is just a 5-min walk away. - All the staff were willing to help.

Good bed, nespresso machine, welcome chocolates, water. Central location.
Too much frills on furniture in the room that you do not need. The shower did not work properly at first because it was broken. Helping staff spoke only spanish. Bad Wi-Fi. Breakfast for 14 € quite expensive.

We truly enjoyed rooms with a beautiful bathroom, clad entirely in marble. Our accommodation was set in a central location near the river walk where there is a beautiful cable-stay bridge over the river, and museums, restaurants, and shops. The staff was willing to help, excellent service from them. Very efficient and wonderfully helpful staff.
